Two great sets at the Inverloch Jazz Festival 2024. The audiences loved the diversity of music, interesting arrangements and the fun interplay between the band members.
Thanks to the very appreciative audience. We were thrilled with the feedback.

It was another fabulous weekend at the 30th Inverloch Jazz Festival with Pippa playing in the Hub on Saturday afternoon to a huge and ever-loyal audience as well as so many new faces, too.
Sunday afternoon at the Bowling Club was the last set of the festival! Happy faces everywhere, the audience cheering for more. Pippa’s last song was her tribute to the Festival: ‘I can’t stop loving you’ brought the house down.
Thanks to our great band that supported Pippa both with their musicianship and their stylish dress.

What a wonderful night of music, laughter, fun & friendship was had!
The vibe was palpable: the magnificent swing dancers strutted their fun and well-rehearsed moves, so many people having a super time. Pippa was on fire and the crowd cheered for more! Jazz Notes rose to the challenge and backed Pippa perfectly.
We welcomed Marek Podstawek on drums for his first time at the VJC and he was fantastic! Right in the pocket, as they say. With Malcolm Hornby on keys, Kevin Blazé on guitar/banjo! and Leon Heale on that magnificent double bass that just speaks “Jazz”. Ann Craig kept the crowd entertained with her fantastic flute and on-stage shenanigans .
Our thanks to the VJC and especially to Liz, Ian & Warren for a great night. Looking forward to being back again to support live jazz at the VJC.

Ann Craig led the band, Ladies Be Good, for a celebration of women in jazz for International Women’s Day 2024. This wonderful event was put on by Arts In Maroondah and held at Realm, Ringwood on Sat 2 March 2024.
It coincided with a display at Realm of the history of women in Australian jazz, presented by the Australian Jazz Museum – open until 24 March 2024.

Caught in the Act! played two great sets at the Port Fairy Jazz Festival 2024.
With welcoming crowds and a great vibe, our repertoire was very well received. We love the interaction between the band and so did the audience. We are not just a band, we are a group of friends who respect each other.
If you haven’t been to this terrific festival, put it on your radar for 2025, or if you can’t wait until then, come along to Jazz on Sundays, each month, at the Ringwood RSL. Commencing March 17 1:30-5:30, its a great afternoon of live music and terrific entertainment.

As always, Pippa delighted the audience with her trademark friendly, sometimes cheeky, but always a professional performance, and THAT VOICE!.
The two sets were something to remember with standing room only in the Sentinal and a full house at the Reardon Theatre.
As always, Jazz Notes allowed Pippa to shine, bringing some extra pep to her crowd pleasing favorite songs which we all know she performs so well, and even some new songs to her already extensive repertoire.
We are so appreciative of the mutual musical love we all share and always look forward to backing Pippa Wilson. Don’t miss her at the next festival which will be in Castlemaine – King’s Birthday weekend, 7-9 June 2024.
