Pippa Wilson with Jazz Notes at the Australian Jazz Convention 2018

The Miners’ Tavern is nicely set up with a stage and lighting but the 10am start was somewhat challenging. For the evening set in the George Hotel, we had people managing the sound and the result was very pleasing to the large audience and us. You can watch and listen to ‘When Sunny Gets Blue’.

Rick Correnza and Jazz Notes return to Dizzy’s

Rick Correnza fronted Jazz Notes at Dizzy’s in August and September.

With Oliver mixing, sound in the room was very good.

Thanks to Marion Blazé for taking photos and video on both occasions.

Dizzy’s has closed at its location above Bohème restaurant and will be reopening elsewhere in 2019 – we look forward to playing there.

Thanks to Niamh for having us at Dizzy’s in 2018.
